Blue Ember iQue

The Blue Ember iQue practically includes everything bar the proverbial kitchen sink. It has a state of the art sonar fuel guage and digital temperature control for the fearsome 79,000 BTU output, sports a built in meat probe, smoke box, bottle opener, ice bucket and an internal high power light to illuminate your cooking surface. Röshult 120

Designed and built in Sweden, the Röshult 120 is as much architectural statement as it is a cooking tool. Featuring a large grill surface and doubling up as a firepit, it has an optional second grill table for those really big parties. Sumptuously designed and solidly built this is a barbecue for the modernist.

The designs are clearly rooted in the rich industrial heritage of the north, and the construction promises to follow suit – CNC machined from solid billets of stainless steel with sterling silver faces, they are built to Brunel levels of over engineering. As a great extra touch, the straps come engraved in either the old British Ministry of Information slogan “Keep Calm, Carry On” or “Come into the Factories”.
