Blue Ember iQue
The Blue Ember iQue practically includes everything bar the proverbial kitchen sink. It has a state of the art sonar fuel guage and digital temperature control for the fearsome 79,000 BTU output, sports a built in meat probe, smoke box, bottle opener, ice bucket and an internal high power light to illuminate your cooking surface. As if that weren’t enough it optionally comes with a built in CD stereo – making this grill the centre of any party.
Coleman Diamento
Designed by Pininfarina, the Coleman Diamento combines Coleman’s robust classic quality with italian style. All the usual high end grill pieces are there – multiple infra red burners, stainless steel construction and enameled cooking surfaces, but I know of no other grill that has a built in pizza oven! As if that wasn’t enough there are a number of accessories too, from a side cutting board, to a skillet or a deep fat fryer making this one of the most versatile grills in this list.
Weber Ranch Kettle
While their gas barbecues leave alot to be desired Weber are unbeatable on classic coal grills. The Weber Ranch Kettle is their biggest, and provides over 7,000 square centimetres of cooking area, and classic Weber enamelled construction. While short on features there is always a place for the best charcoal grill.

Wolf Grill
Renowned kitchen brand Sub-Zero has taken its quality approach outdoors with its new Wolf Grill range. Built like a tank in double wall stainless steel and heli-arc welded for strength, these grills will handle anything you throw at them. Combine that with powerful burners, smoke box, rotisserie and built in lights and you get some serious cooking too.
Beefeater Signature
Hailing from the home of barbecuing, Beefeater is the best example of Australian grills – the burners are closer to the grills giving you maximum searing power. Look at the Beefeater Signature Series – with 304 grade stainless steel construction, batteryless quartz ignition, high performance stainless steel burners and vaporizers and the quality of construction and cooking is peerless.

Designed and built in Sweden, the Röshult 120 is as much architectural statement as it is a cooking tool. Featuring a large grill surface and doubling up as a firepit, it has an optional second grill table for those really big parties. Sumptuously designed and solidly built this is a barbecue for the modernist.
